Directions

1. Cut a length of about 18 inches of floss from the spool. 2. Wrap one end of the floss around your middle finger and the other end around your other middle finger, leaving about 2 inches of floss between your fingers. 3. Hold the floss taut and gently slide it between your teeth. 4. Curve the floss around the base of each tooth, making a 'C' shape, and gently move it up and down against the side of each tooth. 5. Repeat this process for all teeth, using a clean section of floss for each tooth. 6. Do not snap or force the floss to prevent injury.
